These Gpr156 flox mice possess loxP sites flanking exons 2-3 of the G protein-coupled receptor 156 (Gpr156) gene. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of the gene.
