Description

These mice harbor a SA-2xpA-CAG-EGFP-WPRE-polyA cassette in the Rosa26 locus generated by homologous recombination. While R26-CAG-EGFP(2) (ASKI-190089) and R26-CAG-EGFP (3) (ASKI-190090) function similarly to R26-CAG-EGFP mice.
