Description

These mice harbor a loxP-flanked STOP cassette preventing transcription of a CAG promoter-driven Itpr1-3xFlag-IRES-tdTomato expression cassette. The targeted mutation was inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus by CRISPR/Cas mediated homologous recombination.
