Figure 1. Detection of CD27 expression in peripheral blood cells of humanized CD27 mice.

The expression of human CD27 was detected by FACS. The results showed that the active expression of human CD27 can be detected in both activated CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes collected from humanized CD27 mice.
